@jemar You can use what you would use on your face for your neck area; you don't need anything super special.  Retinol, AHA, antioxidants are a good start 🙂

NIOD Neck Elasticity Catalyst gets very good reviews.  I have not tried it (although I am a Deciem fan) because, at 55, I think I am too far gone (definitely in scarf/turtleneck territory now).
