complete skin routine for aging skin

starting skin routine from scratch, use nothing but cream soap and grocery store moisturizer. So i'm unsure what to use. I'm 61 so long over due

Do you know your skin type, @Anonymous- dry, oily, combo, normal? That can make a difference in product recommendations.
