What is the best wrinkle cream? Any suggestions

I recommmend a retinol (usually can only use at night) or retinol alternative (morning and/or night)

Retinol: Paula's Choice CLINICAL Anti-Aging 1% Retinol Treatment 1 oz/ 30 mL  You could start out by using this 1-2x a week and make sure you wear sunscreen in the mornings

Retinol alternatives: Tatcha The Silk Serum Wrinkle-Smoothing Retinol Alternative 1 oz / 30 mL  or fresh Black Tea Anti-Aging Moisturizer with Retinol-Alternative BT Matrix 1.6 oz / 50 mL

Nothing will take wrinkles away unless you do lazer, injections or a face lift or mini lift.   Cream does help.

I work in dermatology and we carry the skinsceuticals brand which just came out with a product called age interrupter advanced that has some really cool science behind it. This product increases skin elasticity at the cellular level and can also be used the prevent further elasticity loss. Paired with their triple lipid moisturizer it’s a youthful skin match made in heaven. Very pricey but very high quality and will last a good 4 months. Another good ingredient to look out for is hyaluronic acid in a serum form, this also boosts moisture and reduces the appearance of wrinkles.
