Under Eye Lines

What are the recommendations for under eye lines?

I've tried all eye creams and none of them have worked for me except for drugstore Loreal wrinkle expert 55+.

The following did nothing in terms of wrinkles or reducing discoloration: 

Lancome genefique, estee lauder,  Biossance,  strivectin,  glow recipe,  etc. 

The only positive was I made it to Rouge after spending a fortune on eye creams.

@MsHauser something to try is Biossance Squalane + Marine Algae Firming & Lifting Eye Cream  and Biossance Squalane + Peptide Brightening & De-Puffing Eye Gel  .these products really work at diminishing fine lines.  Great value as a little goes a long way!
