The Ordinary Buffet + Copper Peptide

Hello, does anyone know if Sephora has stopped selling The Ordinary’s Buffet + Copper Peptide serum? Their site says, “it’s not carrying it”. So it doesn’t seem like it’s a “sold out” issue.

Re: The Ordinary Buffet + Copper Peptide

@lovelysnipe TO renamed Buffet to something else...I wonder if they renamed this product, too.

Re: The Ordinary Buffet + Copper Peptide

@greeneyedgirl107 @lovelysnipe  Yep, it’s being renamed. Here’s the note from The Ordinary’s own product page (at their site) for copper Buffet: “Soon to be renamed as Multi-Peptide + Copper Peptides 1% Serum.

Re: The Ordinary Buffet + Copper Peptide

thank youuu

Re: The Ordinary Buffet + Copper Peptide

@WinglessOne I didn't know that it was being renamed, either--thanks for cluing us in!  Have you used it before?  I've been thinking about trying out a peptide serum and I was looking at this one as well as one from a K-beauty brand called Mary & May.

Re: The Ordinary Buffet + Copper Peptide

@CookieGirl1  Heh, I didn’t know for sure either until I checked The Ordinary’s site. 🙂 I figured that serum would eventually be renamed to match The Product Formerly Known As Buffet, but wasn’t sure when.

I haven’t used the copper peptides version, but I’ve been a fan of the original Buffet (or whatever it’s called now… The Ordinary Multi-Peptide + HA Serum for Facial Wrinkles 1 oz / 30 mL  … I might never get used to the new name) for a few years. It’s nearly identical to the copper version, just missing the copper peptides. I do plan to try the copper version next time I’m out of the original. I keep forgetting about that and restocking the original instead.

Had to go look at the Mary & May serum. Looks interesting! I see they also have a heartleaf serum, which I’d order if it didn’t also contain tea tree extract (which is likely tea tree oil). Their cica serum looks good though. If you decide to try their peptide serum, I’d love to hear your thoughts on it.
