Smile Lines... Dark Circle

I've recently gotten self-conscious about my smile lines. What can be done to make them less pronounced? I'm pretty new to caring about wrinkles... I think crows feet add beauty and character so I never sweated wrinkles but those smile lines are so pronounced to me... 

 

Also, best concealer/treatment for darker circles under eyes? I wear glasses so always feel like my eyes are lost behind them. As a coworker said "Distance Learning got me feeling like Hei Hei." (The chicken from Moana)
