I’d look at the Cicapair line from Dr. Jarts. They have a lot of stuff for redness. A spendier option would be Tatcha. Their Tatcha The Camellia Oil 2-in-1 Makeup Remover & Cleanser is about the most gentle, effective cleanser if you wear makeup.
