So excited to dive into something new. I am 38 years of age and a Mother of 4. I am seeking the best anti-aging products on the market

Oh to be that age again. My daughter took me to South Korea for my 70th birthday. This old dog learned several new tricks. We had skin analysis, scalp analysis and a free consultation with a licensed plastic surgeon. I now use TORRIDEN Cleansing Foam(contains Hyaluronic acid , PDRN Peptide Serum, Vitamin C, PDRN repair cream all at night time. In the morning, I follow the same routine but use SPF 59 sunscreen instead of the PDRN repair cream. The difference is amazing in my skin tone, texture and overall appearance!!!

What a great question to be asking and at your young age 😊 I am 52 and having just started seeing an esthetician recently on the regular, was told to keep it simple as another poster mentioned…1. Cleanse 2. Vitamin C 3. SUNSCREEN (which I have been terrible about until now)!  For PM routine 1. Cleanse 2. Apply retinol 3. Eye cream and 4. Moisturize 

I have been using The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 Hydrating Serum with Ceramides and The Ordinary Multi-Peptide + HA Serum for Facial Wrinkles  which give me good hydration, and I like Supergoop! Unseen Sunscreen Invisible Broad Spectrum SPF 50 PA +++

The 3 basic steps are 1. Clean 2. Treat 3. Protect. A simple routine to start would be clean, then use a vitamin c serum with L-ascorbic acid to treat and a broad spectrum sunscreen over it to protect in the morning. At night, double clean your skin,  use a retinol to treat, then moisturize to protect. 
What I wish I had known at your age is that our foundations with sunscreen don’t have enough sunscreen to protect the skin, and we don’t use enough of it to even get the stated SPF. Use a dedicated non greasy face sunscreen under your foundation like Paula’s Choice Youth Extend.

The best anti-aging product on the market is broad spectrum sunscreen that’s at least SPF 30. Many “signs of aging” (lines/wrinkles, uneven skin texture, etc.) are caused by UV rays. Do you already use a sunscreen?
