Need an eye cream!

I’m looking for an eye cream. I like a gel cream texture. My skin is very dry and I am 40 years old and mom to a baby + work full time, so I do not get enough sleep. I have bags right now and lines/wrinkles always. In addition to the gel cream texture, I want something that is immediately brightening/illuminating through cosmetic ingredients. Must be very hydrating to plump up my lines and keep flakiness away AND help to de puff those bags. I like the What should I try next? I’m thinking ilia, Glow Recipe, Farmacy, Tula, or Inn beauty project. Do any of those fit my needs? Is there something else better? I really appreciate your help!

I use Tatcha The Pearl Tinted Eye Illuminating Treatment after my eye cream, which does a great job of subtly covering up my dark circles, with minimal product. I mean, MINIMAL product. I’ve been using  Lancôme Advanced Génifique Yeux Light-Pearl™ Eye Serum 0.67 oz / 19.8 mL lately and I like it. I’m 39.

@beckyshah  I have been using the INNBEAUTY PROJECT Bright & Tight Dark Circle Firming Refillable Eye Cream with Vitamin C & Peptides ...  for a few weeks and I really like it so far. It is very hydrating and helps with puffiness and brightness.

I do recommend the Ordinary Multi-peptide eye serum, it feels good and provides healing not just an instant result, Dr. Dennis but it has Retinol which means you need a good sunscreen. If you’re looking for eye lift instant effect I recommend the Peter Thomas Roth Instant. For daily eye cream I recommend the Vitamin C eye cream from Peter Thomas Roth or Glow Recipe. 😊
