Hi @MemawToAllBoys ! If there’s a mascara you already like (especially if it has a wand/brush you like), try using it atop a lash primer. My favorite primer is Lancôme Cils Booster XL Super-Enhancing Mascara Primer .18 oz / 5.5 ml; also consider #DIOR Diorshow Maximizer 4D Lash Primer-Serum for Length, Volume, Curl & Definition. 

Mascaras that quickly come to mind for volume and length: 

• Charlotte Tilbury Exagger-eyes Volumizing and Curling Mascara Exagger-black 
• HUDA BEAUTY 1 Coat WOW! Extra Volumizing and Lifting Mascara Very Vanta 
• Lancôme Monsieur Big Volumizing Mascara Standard Size Black - 0.33 oz/ 10 mL or Lancôme Monsieur Big Waterproof Mascara 01 Waterproof Big is The New Black (both of these are better for volume than length on my short straight lashes, unless I use a primer first) 
• PAT McGRATH LABS Dark Star Volumizing Mascara 0.43 fl oz / 13 mL 

I know I’m forgetting a bunch of mascaras right now. 😅 I’m sure other folks will chime in with more suggestions!
