Makeup skincare wrinkles

Have some forehead and smile lines. looking for a makeup or concealer that won’t fall into the wrinkles making them more prominent. My skin is fair, don’t have many spots or things to cover up, usually only wear concealer.
And skincare (primer) to use prior to help keep hydrated, plump those areas.
