Home microdermabrasion?

Years ago I had a great at home microdermabrasion machine, but it was discontinued and I couldn’t get the replacement heads anymore. I switched to the PMD Personal Microderm Elite Pro (or some version of it — anyway, same line.) and have been using it for a few years, but I have never been as happy with it, especially since the sharp edges on the heads often cause cuts and scratches; and the rather expensive heads don’t last long. At this point wrinkles are setting in deep enough that I really need something I can use daily. Anyone know of a good product?
