End collaboration with MLM Beautycounter

Shame on Sephora for partnering with the multi-level marketing company Beautycounter!

 

As with any MLM, offering products in brick and mortar retail store only undercuts consultants and forces them to compete, further exacerbating an already predatory business model. Purchasing in-store doesn't "show the company that this is a better model", it just feeds into the company that continues to allow the unethical MLM structure to be an option despite the traditional retail demand. According to their own website (---), 92.4% of consultants make an average of $46-$336 a month. 

 

Please remove all Beautycounter products from your website, your stores, and any samples now.
