Hey everyone!! I just joined this great age defying community and wanted to share my experiences with Botox and injectables. I’ve been getting Botox since I was 27, and am now 47. I have also done injections in every part of my face using injectables made for each area. I started doing my lips at age 28! I loved it!  Please ask me about any of my experiences! I hope I can be helpful to someone out there:)

You seem to have big experience! I'm 36 and I've never tried botox, but I guess it is high time to do this. How did you choose a place/specialist? I checked the national laser institute reviews and it seems to be a good choice, but it would be great to learn from more experienced people.

Hello axelg! Gosh it’s been forever since u responded-I apologize for taking so long…no one has ever responded to something I posted lol!! Honestly, I just listened to ads on the radio on the way to work, or a couple times ladies would have conversations about where they went - and if they looked good, that’s where I went for a consultation! Anyway, look up some plastic surgeons near you and make sure they are certified w the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Some ppl go to dermatologists, but it’s best to go through a plastic surgeon’s office. I go to a place in Norwood OH, Dr. Jon Mendleson. I do not work for him or his office, but their website is great at showing you all the different injectables and fillers and what they do, how long they last, stuff like that. Fillers have become so common that I know if I didn’t get them, I would look run down and old. The good part about that is, that they’ve become way more affordable. And they last longer too.
