Best SPF for face under Makeup

I need advice in picking out a SPF Product to use as the last step before my foundation. I use a toner (ester Lauder ?), vitamin c ( CereVe), SPF PRODUCT, then Dior Forever Glow. 
I have been thru so many foundations and presently use Dior. I like it because it has a Radiant finish but it still isn’t full coverage.

I have been seeing caking and piling of the foundation as no I think it’s the SPF product that is too drying.

what is your suggestion?

My skin is dehydrated-combo, leaning dry in the cooler months. I’ve not experienced any pilling with my foundation with these sunblocks. 

You mentioned noticing your foundation caking. Is that happening in a particular area of your face or all over?

I find the main problem is around my mouth/chin area.

I was using Supergoop Matte but it felt so dry going on.

im going to try one of the products you suggested.

@rosieultra Do you exfoliate and have a skincare routine for your skin type?  

it could be the foundation isn’t for your skin type.

Thank you for your suggestions. You are right. I used to use the Tatcha system. Now I only use their gentle oil face wash. I will go back to using their rice exfoliating product. 
As I am over 60 with dark spots l, large pores and uneven texture on my face, I was looking for a foundation that would improve the texture, and cover the dark spots. I wanted a radiant finish and full coverage. IT foundation rubs off. Dior Forever Glow seemed to almost do what I want.
