Best Moisturizer for 55yr old

Hello, I am looking for help with a moisturizer that actually works on normal (non oily) skin. I am 55yrs old and have tried a ton of brands, but can’t find one that helps with firming, wrinkles, plumping, and makes me look 25 again ( ok, how about 35). 
i am currently using Drunk Elephant line of products. I would love a cream that can be used as day and night cream that has as much ingredients needed so I don’t have to used 5 or 6 items to get a resolution.

I have normal to dry skin and instead of thinking “anti” aging I use the best ingredients I can afford to maintain the health of my skin. Also I never ever, ever leave the house without SPF 50!!
