Bad wrinkles

My grandmother is 87 years old. While yes she understands that she is older, she has deep set wrinkles she’s trying to minimize. She is currently using what I think is cheap products with lots of fillers. She’s open to new products, however, I’m 26 and don’t know what she should be purchasing. Any recommendations on how we can help her?
