Anti aging for early 30s

What products should I use if I haven’t used anything except for sunscreen and I am entering early 30s?

First off, great job in getting an early start on taking care of your skin. I wish I had started taking it seriously at a younger age. All of the replies are excellent, I would just like to add don’t stop at your face. Also be proactive in treating your neck, chest and body skin. You’ll be glad you did later!

@vish1921 I think the big 3 are antioxidants, AHA and retinol!

Re: Anti aging for early 30s

Paula’s choice AHA & BHA have both helped keep my skin smooth and soft as chemical exfoliators, and adding in vitamin C & collagen has been wonderful for helping with recovery, plumpness, and moisture — all factors that age us faster

Peptides and ceramides help keep your skin barrier healthy. I am also in my 30s and I use a retinal and a face wash with lactic acid to exfoliate while keeping the hydration. For some reason I can’t tag products but I like the @Kiehls multicorrective line and @drjart ceramiden line.

My favorites are Fresh , cludalie and image ( not in Sephora , my beautician recommended it, their vit C is wonderful! Also ageless skin). I’m 43 with really great skin, I think that southern humidity helps a lot too😁. Also hydrolyzed collagen peptides are great for skin , hair and nail condition IMG_3123.jpeg

Re: Anti aging for early 30s

@vish1921 So, I’m in my late 40s now. I’m really happy with my skin. I think the things that have helped with it my skin routine has been that I have slowly added in actives, and kept things that work. I use the same cleanser and eye cream that I’ve had for 20 years. When it comes to actives, I added them in one at a time, and I’ve tried to limit the number of brands I use, because I think that lowers the chances of them causing reactions. I also pay attention to expiry dates.

The main two actives I would start working in would be a Vitamin C and retinol. The kind you use will depend on your skin type, budget, and personal preference.
