Do eye primers have a 30-second dry rule because anti-aging benefits?

@missaa8  Huh, I’ve never heard this rule about eye primers, at least not tied to anti-aging benefits. I’m curious: where’d you hear that? Was it from a specific brand? 

Some eye primers need a minute or 2 to set before you apply anything over them. That’s just so the primer formula can set a smooth or grippy base on your eyelids. It has nothing to do with anti-aging. Ditto for lip primers. Some face primers also need time to set.
