40 year old makeup

Hi everyone, I'm new to this site and I was hoping to get some advice on what to use for my daily routine. I'm 42 years old, I have combination skin and I still get acne sometimes. I would like to know what the best makeup and skincare to use. Thanks

Hi serena40, so if your looking to start with a basic skincare routine I would recommend cleanser, toner, serum and moisturizer. A good cleanser to start is origins checks and balances cleanser. It will help clean and balance your combo skin without stripping. Caudalie beauty elixir as a toner to prep skin and it doubles as a setting spray. Sephora collection vitamin c serum. It’s a great serum to start with cause it brightens and hydrates the skin. Ole henriksen sheer transformation moisturizer. It’s lightweight hydration that’s anti aging and helps with texture. Plus it wears well under makeup. As for makeup hour glass mineral veil primer and yves saint laurent all hours foundation with hour glass translucent setting powder is a good combination for combo skin. Hope that helps😀
