small bumps on face

was wondering if this was milia or not, any recommendations to help get rid of these (topical products or remedies) ?

I’m not a derm so unsure if it’s milia or not, but any time I get those little micro bumps I try to up my ahas and minimise the other things in my routine in case product overload is causing irritation. (This includes taking a few days off of makeup as well) 

I use the Ren Aha toner, and will also use Sunday Riley Good Genes Glycolic (not lactic because that’s the same active ingredient as the Ren toner— one treats closer to the surface, the other penetrates deeper into the skin, so together they work really well!) and a very gentle moisturiser. For me this is the Ren moisturiser for acne prone skin but just use something lightweight that you skin already likes.
