Hello after I got out the shower I noticed these red bumps on my skin I have no Idea what they are is it acne or like an allergic reaction I didn't use anything new 😢

@Marizacas1012   The bumps weren’t there before your shower?  Did you break out in hives or bumps anywhere else on your body?  cholineric urticaria is a histamine response when your body heats up say, in a hot shower or out in the sun.  It could be that but more information is needed. If it is a histamine response an antihistamine can help bring you comfort in about 30 minutes.

 this is how it looks now not red but I still have bumps I've been trying to get rid of these for so long and they won't budge 😭
