My forehead and left and right cheeks keep breaking out into these bumps. They don’t hurt or anything but it’s annoying and I can’t seem to get rid of them. They keep popping up. I tried a couple products to dry out the skin and it didn’t work that well. I also have one or two small white ones under my eye. I’m not sure what to do but it’s bothering me and I need help!! Please let me know what products or precautions I can take to get rid of these and prevent more!

Re: Small bumps on face

It would be worth trying to use soothing and hydrating products on the skin to see if it's your skin barrier being damaged leading to irritation and these bumps as a reaction. While it can occur for a multitude of reasons, it will depend on your skin's individual tolerance of products you are using and any other things like food, styling products or other potential things that might be causing your skin to react.
Trying to dry out the skin/ spots may be doing more damage if you don't know if this is a reaction to something VS acne.
A diagnosis by a dermatologist is the best way to confirm how to go about knowing what condition your skin is in and if it might be that you need a prescription to tackle this skin issue.
Just wanted to provide some immediate steps to reduce possible irritation in the meantime while you figure out what's happening with your skin as I actually thought I had acne for several years but I am now learning that I was actually allergic to a specific ingredient common in a lot of cosmetics and perfumes, and now I have eliminated that, my skin doesn't have continuous little bumps on the forehead or sides of my face.

Good luck on the skin recovery journey, and feel free to message if you want some more tips on ways to check if a specific product/ ingredient may be causing your problem.
