Small bumps on chin

I have gotten these small bumps that look like black heads on the side of my chin. Any tips on what might have caused them or how I can fix them? Much appreciated !

Oh no:( I hope it gets better! I get these type of bumps/small acne when I touch my face (especially chin) too much. Did you happen to touch it during work or outside environment where your hands could’ve been exposed to germs? That could be the case. Or did you happen to switch something in your skincare routine or try new makeup products? I also find changing pillow cases at least once a week helpful for the skin. P.S. Glow Recipe Glow Babies Set helped me to clear pores a lot, especially their bha aha toner!
