Skin type confusing

I'm just so confused on what skin type I have. I used to get itchy and never really had acne. It has been that way for a few years now. I'm 26 FYI. Now I'm getting pretty bad acne, my pores look huge on my chin, and my makeup will not stay on my nose. I'm just so confused what my skin type is....help? Or people who have experienced skin changes was it temporary or did it last forever. 😞

Skin changes are normal as you get older. It's also normal for the skin type to change in between seasons, such as summer and winter. I had oily skin when I was younger, then it transitioned to dry skin.

One of the accurate ways of determining skin type is to wash your face with just water and let it *air dry.* Don't moisturize because you want to test if your skin either reacts as oily, dry, combination, or normal.

Okay I must have changed to combo then because I did that yesterday and my chin and forehead were SO oily but my cheeks were super dry. Thanks!!
