Skin colored bumps

Help! I’ve recently developed these weird skin colored bumps on my cheeks & jawline. The only change I’ve had in my skincare routine is stopping birth control pills & moving to a dryer/colder climate. My skin is combination, I have large pores but my skin gets pretty dry if I use the wrong products or makeup. I’ve been trying out Nizoral as a face mask for a few weeks now but it doesn’t seem to help. Anyone have any ideas?

Re: Skin colored bumps

I had the same exact problem! Are you using any leave-in hair products? That was the cause of mine. Now I wash my hair more often and I don't put any products in my hair. Coconut oil was also a culprit for me.

The cleanser that saved my skin was the Cerave SA cleanser. It is gentle and it exfoliates the skin. The bumps all came to the surface and cleared in about 6 weeks.

Also, I don't recommend putting Nizoral on your face. I tried that and it made my little bumps 10x worse.

RE: Skin colored bumps

A chemical exfoliant like glycolic acid really helped my skin texture. Unfortunately skin can do weird things after stopping birth control

@Anonymous  It’s hard to say but I would definitely see a dermatologist or a doctor and see if they can help. I had bad acne when I stopped birth control so it could be that. You might need to use a acne cleanser if your not already using one. I’ve been using Blume daydreamer and it’s working good for me.
