Skin Tint

Hi!

I’m trying to find the right skin tint but I can’t. I tend to have a little bumps on my forehead, get oily around my nose, & I also have sensitive skin. What is the best & affordable skin tint that’s NOT a foundation?

Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood flawless filter!!!!!! It's a tiny and illumination so it doesn't clog ur pours!!!
