Serum as Base before Moisturizer?

Hey Guys, I need help over here. Is it okay to use the Sephora Ultra Glow Serum: Glow + Strengthen Vitamin C Serum on my face before applying my Fresh Lotus Youth Preserve Moisturizer over it or should I just use them separately?.

@Beekim19 you would put the serum on and then your moisturizer
