Red spots on face

Hi, I’ve had some acne problems for the past 2ish years and it’s starting to get better but I still have the red spots on my face. They aren’t raised at all like a pimple but I’m not sure what to do to specifically get rid of them. I have not yet gone to a dermatologist, but I’m looking for recommendations 🙂

before you hit the derm's office, i would recommend trying the ALPYN Pore Perfecting Liquid Exfoliator with 2% BHA + Borage 4 oz / 118 mL for 2 weeks and see if it improves

does the spots hurt at all? does it itch or feel tight?

@rosebud1612   Hi, you have quite a bit of hyperpigmentation going on so a dermatologist will probably is your best answer
