Peace Out Breaking Out

I recently purchased the acne serum from peace out Peace Out Salicylic Acid Treatment Serum 1 oz/ 30 mL after reading so many great reviews. I have dry but very acne prone skin, and get really painful, large cystic normal acne. I have been using this serum for three days now and my jaw is breaking out. I don’t usually get breakouts on my jaw, they are almost always on my chin. Could this be purging? Or is my skin just not liking this product? Has anyone else experienced this?

Is it overall face acne or just your chin/jawline? 
I normally breakout on my chin/jawline/lower cheek from eating something I should not like: milk chocolate, cheese, chips, fast food, beef, high salt or sugary foods / drinks/ or red wine,

try eliminating common food allergens from your diet for a week and see if your skin has a positive reaction to your new routine and then slowly add one by one back to see which one is the perpetrator.
