Moisturizer

Hi guys! 

I've struggled with acne for about a year now. It was triggered by a medication, and unfortunately, I cannot get off of it at this time. I have been seeing a dermatologist for at least 6 months, and have been on tretinoin for that time. Everything is going super well, my acne has mostly cleared up. However, since it is winter time, some areas of my face get really dry and flakey. Usually, it's my mouth area. I use the glow recipe plum plump cream as my usual moisturizer. I have been thinking about getting a heavier moisturizer to layer on those dry/irritated areas. 

Any recommendations for an acne-friendly moisturizer for dry skin?
