How to get rid of closed comedones??

I have had them for a while and was wondering if anyone knows how to get rid of them fast? I’m using the products:

 

- Cerave hydrating foam-to-cream cleanser

- The ordinary 10% nicinamide 1% zinc serum

- the ordinary Azeliac acid suspension 10%
- Cerave pm facial moisturizing lotion
