Help with little bumps on my face :(

Hi, I need some help or advice on getting these little bumps on my face. I used this one cream that I can’t remember the name but my mom would order about 3 for each of my family member. I kinda want an alternative version of that cream that could help me get rid of these bumps on my face. 🙂 it doesn’t look like I have any from a far but I can feel it on my face 🙂

That photo isn’t very close up so I can’t see what the pimples are, I believe if it was acne then I would be able to see from afar
