Full coverage concealer for spot concealing????

On school days, I usually don't have the time to put foundation and setting powder on my face everyday. Does anyone have any recommendations for a full coverage concealer that I can put on my acne?

I also use the Nars Creamy concealer to spot conceal and it works awesome! I would also recommend
