Forehead bumps

I’ve been getting these little bumps on my forehead, what would be good for that?!

Hi I had the same thing going on if not worse but what helped me was the exfoliating cleanser by Murad with 2% salicylic acid and Paula’s choice toner with salicylic acid and if that were to dry out your skin follow it up with a cleanser use both theese things 2-3 times a week with all your other skincare and I’m sure you’ll notice a difference also Hero pimple patches are a life saver aswell

to the person saying all you need is soap and water — that’s not always true. if you can i would go to a dermatologist if you want and see what they recommend. Also don’t use bar soap or hand soap on your face!!
