Controlling blemishes

Looking for something that works! I seem to get the worst breakouts around “that time of the month” by the time they heal and go away it’s that time again and they are showing up. I have a pretty good akin care routine, but clearly I’m missing something. I don’t eat or drink dairy, I take vitamins. Tips would be great! I’m an esthetician so I usually know what to do but looking for an outsider opinion! Thanks!

Re: Controlling blemishes

What products are you currently using @lizzayxox? If it's routinely hormonal though, it may be worth it have an evaluation from a derm to see if prescription medication may be more helpful than something OTC.

Re: Controlling blemishes

Sulfur Soap...3 percent. Grandpa's Soap Company. It's called Thylox. Otherwise, anything with sulfur...which is kinda hard to find, since some people are allergic to it.
