Colorless bumps on forehead

I’ve had these bumps all over my forehead for a while now and they don’tgo away with anything I’ve tried. They went away for a bit and came back worse. I wanted to know if anyone knows what they are because they’re not like the acne I get. They’re mostly noticeable when i wear make upand my forehead just looks bumpy. If anyone knows what they are or how I could treat them it would help a lot, thanks! The pic i attached is the best one I have right now

Re: Colorless bumps on forehead

Try “nizoral” from the drug store it’s rechnically dandruff shampoo but it’s worked for me and many others when I get bumps like that which I think are the result of yeast overgrowth due to eating things with sugar

Re: Colorless bumps on forehead

hmmmmm, does your hair sit on your forehead at all?  If so it could be a fungal infection which is really easy to treat with anti dandruff shampoo.

Or it could be related to your diet.  If you eat gluten or dairy and you’re sensitive to either you tend to break out in a similar looking rash.  It may be worth removing one or both from your diet for a week or two and see if things clear up.

It could also be clogged pores.  What do you use to wash your face?  Do you ever use face peels or acids to remove your dead skin cells?  It would help to know what everything you’ve tried is:)   @pao98

@heartsmyface Hair sitting on someones forehead would not cause a fungal infection. Folliculitis COULD cause a fungal infection if left untreated however I've not yet in my many years of life met a person who grows hair out of their forehead. 🤷‍♀️

@pao98 Is it painful? Your skin does look slightly pink in the photo.

Have you changed your diet at all? I get similar breakouts on my forehead when I eat dairy and/or fast food. I'd suggest back tracking and see if there's anything that has changed in your diet, and also drink lots of water to help flush out the toxins. I'd also suggest adding a toner to your skincare routine if you don't already. I try to avoid any with harsh acids though, salicylic acid tends to dry my skin out too much and in turn causes more breakouts!

It might be cystic acne if it's not normal and is good sized bumps staying under your skin. Usually it can be treated with taking some vitamin A (I have had those before and my dermatologist recommended suppliments). If you are willing to spend the money, Origins High-Potency Nightamins would probably be a good option. Or, just a little bit of rubbing alcohol on them before you go to bed to dry them out.
