Hello, Sighhhh…I already know what you are probably going to say based off the other post I have read but I thought I would try anyways. I recently purchased a perfume sampler kit that cost around $90. Well, I lost the ticket. I tried to go in store to see what they could do and they said nothing since I didn’t have the physical card….I just think it is wild that you have record of me buying the product and I am met with such disappointing customer service. I understand that the voucher has coding and whatever to be able to void out the cost of the perfume but come on…I have worked in customer service for years and I know that managers have authorization to override the system and give explanations as to why it needed to be done. I understand it was my fault I lost the voucher and it wouldn’t be as big as a deal if it was less than $30…but it was a $90 purchase. I am not asking for more than what I paid for which was the perfume. I would really appreciate it if someone could reach out to me to try to figure this out. Thank you.
