Order canceled without notice

Hello, I placed an order during the recent sale event on April 15th before midnight with the Insider discount (10% off) and received an email saying my order was confirmed. When I logged onto my account last night to check the shipping info, I saw that the order had been cancelled. I would like to know why and if I will be able to buy the items again with the same discount?

This isn’t a credit card issue since I use the same card for another Sephora order 2 days before. Thank you for your answer.
