return shipping

So I mailed my return item two weeks ago, and it finally arrives at Sephora warehouse today. Because somehow Canada post manages to lose the package and I have to open a ticket search for it.......

 

I want to know how long it takes for Sephora to process the return item and do I get a confirmation email when it does?
