Good afternoon. I made three purchases and on the three figure STATUS: Unsuccessful Authorization. On Two of them received an email informing me that the purchase was canceled, but The money has already been charged on my card, I need someone to answer me urgently.
I was so excited to finally reach rouge status, but unfortunately my account is not reflecting it. A few purchases over the last few months have not appeared on my account, so customer service has had to add them manually. I think that's why it is not including those in my total spent. Could someone please assist me in updating my account to reflect my new status? The same had to be done when I reached VIB status. Thank you!

I placed an order on the 23rd and paid for 1day flash shipping. I got a shipping confirmation the same day, but it's taking just as long as normal shipping and not being delivered until tomorrow the 26th. Do we get shipping charge refunds for this? I'm so confused as to why flash shipping continues to be an issue only for Sephora. EVERY other company that I pay overnight shipping gets to me on time, so it's not a UPS issue.
Today I went into Sephora and spent the amount of money required to go over the threshold to become a VIB, but I was not given a new card or anything? The lady at the counter didn't even acknowledge it so I thought I had maybe not spent enough, but I went home and checked my profile and it says VIB on it, so I was wondering why I wasn't given any card? Is there a way for me to get one?

Hello, How long does VIB status last? I am close to achieving VIB status, but since it is towards the end of the year, I am wondering when the cutoff dates could be. I do not want to spend the additional money to achieve VIB if my status will reset January 1, 2017. Thank you!

I'm Canadian and trying to use the Sephora US website. When I click the US check out then press "check out" it still takes me to the Canadian website. I've tried typing in Sephora.com, going all the way down the bottom of the page and clicking the US flag, nothing works.
I called into customer to add points to my card which weren't added when I made a purchase in store. I've been told to write a message here and you can help me. He also asked me if I wanted to take a customer service satisfaction survey and then hung up on me. Thanks Jennifer
I didn't received my samples with packages, but there's only one sample I received is "Madam C.J. Walker humidity block curl gel".. the incorrect samples should be perfumes and eye brows product feels sad ..

I have recently become a VIB member through making purchases in stores. I am now interested in linking my VIP membership to an account online shall I ever want to make an online purchase. I signed in and chose the "No, I don't have a password option" and it had me create a new account starting as a Beauty Insider member (which is what I didn't want to do). I would like to have my VIB membership account online and remove my "new" Beauty Insider account. How am I able to log in with my VIB membership and pick up with my current VIB status including all the points that I have gradually racked up? Also, I am not sure what the email is associated with my VIB membership. It is either under my email, or my moms as I registered to be a Beauty Insider member back in middle school. I entered my email address while making the online account just now. Regardless of what email my VIB membership is under, I would like to connect it to my online account and preferably assign my email to my VIB membership as I am now in college and would like to be receiving Sephora emails rather than having my mom receive the emails.
