My current routine consists of:

Once a week I use a hair oil. I just finisher the Fable & Mane HoliRoots™ Pre-wash Hair Treatment Oil . I have also used the JVN Complete Pre-Wash Scalp & Hair Strengthening Treatment Oil 1.7 oz/ 50 mL . I am going to try the OUAI Hydrating Scalp Serum for Healthy, Fuller Looking Hair 2 oz / 60 mL next. I am on a hair oil journey.

I have been cutting back washing my hair to twice per week. On the days I use a scalp oil, I use a detox shampoo. I am alternating between OUAI Detox Shampoo and K18 Biomimetic Hairscience PEPTIDE PREP™ Clarifying Detox Shampoo 8.5 oz / 250 mL .

For my second wash of the week I am using shampoo and conditioner samples. I am making notes on them so when I run out, I can purchase a full size of my favourite.

If I let my hair air dry, I used Olaplex No. 6 Bond Smoother Reparative Styling Creme 3.3 oz/ 100 mL (suggested by @lmaster ). It has been working well.

On the days I blow dry my hair I usually use the K18 Biomimetic Hairscience Mini Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask 0.5 oz/ 15 mL about 2ce per month. When I don't, I use the amika Soulfood Nourishing Hair Mask 8 oz/ 250 mL . For styling I use JVN Complete Blowout Styling Milk 3 oz / 90 mL and #JVN Embody Volumizing Hair Foam 6.7 oz / 200 mL . For heat protection, I sometimes use Bumble and bumble Hairdresser’s Invisible Oil Heat Protectant Leave In Conditioner Primer 8.5 oz/ 250 mL 

For finishing, I like to use Bumble and bumble Thickening Dryspun Texture Spray Light and Verb Ghost Weightless Hair Oil 

I want to try the Oribe Gold Lust Dry Heat Protection Spray  to us in between washes when I use my hair wash and blow dry brush.

@peculiarzmakeup  I use Oribe Gold Lust Repair & Restore Shampoo  and Redken All Soft conditioner. At night I put in 1 pump of Kérastase Elixir Ultime Hydrating Hair Oil Serum 3.4 oz/ 100 mL . I like to use a hair mask 1-2 times a week so I alternate between Redken all soft and Amika Soulfood. At least twice a month I also use K18 Biomimetic Hairscience Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask 1.7 oz/ 50 mL .

My hair care routine changes often depending on what my hair needs or wants that day, and I think that makes sense for me and my hair care. 

This morning my hair routine was:

Overnight oil treatment from:

JVN Complete Pre-Wash Scalp & Hair Strengthening Treatment Oil 1.7 oz/ 50 mL 

Cleanse:

Olaplex No. 4 Bond Maintenance™ Shampoo 8.5 oz/ 250 mL 

Treatment:

K18 Biomimetic Hairscience Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask 1.7 oz/ 50 mL 

Hydrating Mask:

amika Soulfood Nourishing Hair Mask ( thank you @TeamBIC 💜🙏)

Followed by JVN Complete Blowout Styling Milk 3 oz / 90 mL and K18 Biomimetic Hairscience Mini Molecular Repair Hair Oil 0.34 oz / 10 mL 

I got some lovely results 🌞 I don't do this all very often but I love when I get to do a routine like this. Sooo worth it.

@CynthieLu These are all great products.  The Olaplex No. 4 Bond Maintenance™ Shampoo 8.5 oz/ 250 mL did not have a dramatic effect on my hair, probably because my hair is not particularly damaged.

This one took awhile because I did an overnight oil treatment but after that,

It's a double wash to get it out, the K18 followed by Amika easily take up to 20 minutes if I'm not in a rush. 

I usually let my hair sit up in hair turban for as long as possible before I blow dry.

amika Mini Soulfood Nourishing Mask 3.3 oz/ 100 mL as a pre-wash treatment.

Oribe Shampoo for Brilliance & Shine 8.5 oz/ 250 mL and Oribe Conditioner for Brilliance & Shine 6.8 oz/ 200 mL .

Once a week I use shu uemura Ashita Supreme Purifying Sea Salt Scalp Scrub 11.4 oz/ 325 g followed by K18 Biomimetic Hairscience Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask 1.7 oz/ 50 mL  

IGK MISTRESS Hydrating Leave-In Conditioner Hair Balm 5 oz/ 148 mL for airdrying.

JVN Complete Blowout Styling Milk 3 oz / 90 mL for blowdrying.

Kérastase Mini Blond Absolu Strengthening Hair Oil for Very Damaged Blonde Hair 1.7 oz/ 50 mL on dry hair.

@CynthieLu I LOVE Kerastase.  The Kérastase Mini Elixir Ultime Hydrating Hair Oil Serum 1.7 oz/ 50 mL is a little too heavy for my hair, so I use the Kérastase Mini Blond Absolu Strengthening Hair Oil for Very Damaged Blonde Hair 1.7 oz/ 50 mL instead.  I also like the Kérastase Mini Blond Absolu Hydrating Illuminating Shampoo 2.71oz / 80 ml .  Their Soliel shampoo and mask are great for summer, but are no longer available at Sephora, and it looks like they might be discontinuing it.  Their Kérastase Energizing Scrub: Purifying Scrub for Oily Scalp 8.5 oz/ 250 mL or Kérastase Genesis Strengthening Shampoo for Normal to Oily Hair 250 mL/ 8.5 oz are nice if your hair is oily.  When my hair was damaged, I got good results from #Kérastase Resistance Strengthening Shampoo for Damaged Hair from Heat Styling 2.71 oz/ 80 mL .  Kérastase Chronologiste Youth Revitalizing Shampoo 8.5 fl oz/ 250 ml and Kérastase Chronologiste Hair Mask for Dull and Brittle Hair 6.7 oz. / 200 ml made my hair soft and shiny, but I am not a fan of the fragrance.
