Hello @LiliWallace ! If you’ve already tried salicylic acid, then I recommend seeing a dermatologist or primary care doctor to figure out what’s happening with your skin. That might not be acne; it could be a different skin condition that mimics acne, like rosacea. We can’t diagnose you here since we’re not medical docs. A derm or other doc can help you address the root cause of those bumps and redness, which is better than throwing more random products at your skin that might make things worse.

@girlypopsDA Hi there, I'm not a dermatologist, but I'd look into trying some silicone scar sheets over the area at night and be sure to put on SPF to prevent the scars from getting darker.

Try the Timeless vitamin c serum, it is actually non-comedogenic (use the biba Los Angeles pore-cloger checker), comes in different concentrations, and uses a more stable higher quality form of vitamin C than the Vichy (which you will need to refrigerate or else it’ll oxidize completely in like two weeks). It’s also a better price point.
