Best Concealer

I’m starting to change my makeup to vegan and cruelty-free.  Can anyone suggest a concealer for light skin?  I don’t really have any problems under my eyes.  I need it to cover sun damage like red broken capillaries.  Thanks for reading!  This is my first time here.
