If you feel like the system isn't working for you, you are welcome to visit your local store for an exchange. It normally takes 29-32 days for products to give results (even up to 6 weeks) but if you aren't satisfied it shouldn't be a problem to change it.

EVERYTHING!  It was funny because I went on the M.A.C website for the first time in a while, and I just thought, "Whoa, how do you even USE this site?"  The new Sephora.com is just soo easy to navigate and feels so open to the users, unlike it was before and now unlike M.A.C.  Thanks Sephora!! 😄
