The Pretty Magical Challenge

Calling all merpeople and unicorns! We’re back with another challenge and I think you all will have a lot of fun with this one because it’s all about shimmer and sparkle! I know we all have a decent collection of products that shimmer, shine and shift in the sun so let’s show them off, why don’t we!

From glittery face masks and manicures to metallic eyeshadow and holographic highlight, the goal is to shine every day of this challenge. Let’s have some fun with this and show off our sparkle.

There aren’t any rules to what qualifies a look as “magical,” any amount of shimmer will do! The point is to remember to go for that highlight, add that glitter to your inner corners or rock that lip topper just because. Feel free to post your selfie, swatches, product spill or just talk about what you’re wearing. I am going to be popping in with my looks everyday, I can’t wait to see your looks and to hear about your favorite products.

So pretty!  Those purples are so princessy.   

I haven’t even touched that palette since I bought it and did swatches.  It’s beautiful but it’s also so big I don’t see it as THE palette for any mood I might be in on any particular day.  @ElleElleG

I'm loving palettes from an indie group, Coloured Raine. Thepigmentation and buttery smoothness is magical. the colors make for easy transitions even for beauties new to makeup (like me).

What a beautiful look! Glad to hear that you are dabbing into different realms of the makeup world.  Lashes can be a bit intimidating.  The Berries Cute palette is screaming for me, i've heard such wonderful things about this brand as well. 🙂

Lashes have been the hardest! But I love the way they sets looks off. Berry Cute is where I took the purple from. The way the light changes the look, when it hits it, is stunning. I'll put a pic up with light and in the dark to show the difference.

Thank you. I'm still learning lashes but these are Kiss. I used a brush to fluff then into whispies.

Thank you for the compliments. If I was more experienced with my makeup, maybe I'd give commissions a go. But, for now, I just share what I've learned along the way. I have to say, I am extremely impressed with their products. Their lip products are just as good!

Thank you so much. Their palettes and lip products are so nice. They have lip colors that are just as buttery as their eye palettes. They, literally, have a nude lip for (just about) everyone. These palettes are so underrated. I'm excited to play in them later.
