Looking for affordable sunscreen

I’m looking for a not so pricey sunscreen that is good. I want one that doesn’t feel too thick on the skin. I’d really appreciate if y’all can recommend me one. Thank you!

1. What's your price range? 
2. Is there a particular finish you prefer (matte, "natural," dewy/glowy)? 
3. Does it need to be water resistant (good for wear during outdoor sports/exercise, at beaches/pools, etc.)? 
4. Do you prefer chemical or physical/mineral sunscreens? If mineral... 
5. Are you looking for a tinted mineral sunscreen? Or does that not matter (maybe you plan to wear foundation over it)?

I am not an expert on this but It depends on your skins sensibility and it also depends on how long you are planning to be out in the sunlight too.
