Full coverage waterproof foundation recommendations?

Can anyone tell me what the best foundation is for hot summer days, that won't come off? Any Waterproof foundations?

I highly recommend the SEPHORA COLLECTION Matte Perfection Full Coverage Foundation which offers a full coverage and finish and also is waterproof. A little bit goes a long way and I also recommend setting it with a loose powder.

I don't know that I'd want a waterproof foundation...

It fits all the other criteria you are searching for. It's my go to. I do set certain places like my nose and chin with setting powder but other then that, good to go.

I’m going to recommend you my HG foundation Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place 24-Hour Longwear Foundation 4W4 Hazel

While this is NOT waterproof, I did wear it to swim lessons last summer and it didn’t budge the entire time I was in the pool. It’s a high coverage foundation that works great under humid conditions as it doesn’t slide off the face like most foundations do.

As a professional mermaid I have to use good waterproof makeup that lasts in saltwater and freshwater I use hourglass veil primer Urban Decay all nighter foundation and set everything with Urban Decay all nighter setting spray two layers. And it lasts all day. For eyeliner, eyebrowns eyeshadow and lipsticks you can use makeup forever Aqua seal to hold those in place
