Online Ordering Isn't Working

I have been trying to place an order on Sephora.com for the past two days and it just keeps refreshing the page whenever I click "checkout" or "pay with paypal". I called customer service, waited on hold for 15 min, then suddenly it sent me to the survey indicating my call was over and they wanted to know how their representative did on the phone. Uhhhh... nobody talked to me!! It went straight from on hold to the survey! 

So I called back... and the same thing happened AGAIN. So I just placed the same exact order with Ulta beauty since their website seems to actually function. Fortunately everything I wanted to buy is at Ulta but I can't imagine what kind of a funk I'd be in if I wanted anything that was exclusive to Sephora, meaning I HAVE to deal with them somehow to get the frickin makeup that I want. 

I get the website not working, that happens, but why couldn't I at least get through on the phone? Realllyyyyy frustrating.

Have you tried the app? I just ordered some products yesterday through the app. Worked fine for me.

Their Web site has been slow and clunky for some time now. It is very frustrating. I agree the app works much smoother for some reason.

That is weird that you had such trouble with the website. I find it easiest to use the Sephora app and I also place many of my orders through Ebates so that I get the money back. Sephora is typically a 4%-8% money back on Ebates.
