In store sample requests. What did you get?

I try my best to always ask for samples when I am shopping/browsing at various beauty stores.  I mean the worst thing that could happen is they say “we don’t have any samples to give out at the moment” (which has happened to me countless times). In the end, you won’t know unless you ask and try. 

Please share your in store sample requests. I know every store is different but it’s always nice to see what is offered or what you can get.

I feel to shy to ask for samples and it's true, the worst they can say is No. 

But today I felt very courageous and I asked for a specific sample. 

I walked in and saw a product I had never seen before:

Living Proof StyleLab Air-Dry Hair Styling Cream 5 oz / 148 mL 

I looove Orbie's Air Dry Cream but it's been O/S for a long time.

So I asked the SA if she could make one up for me. 

She said yes 👌😀

Theres two tiny pods inside ( enough to try it twice if I'm lucky. 😉)

Last in store trip I got 4 samples I asked at the counter, I purchased a skincare product so they were really helpful and also great about telling me a little more about each product sample.

I plan to go instore either today or tomorrow, I think having an idea or list of things could be really beneficial. Samples have been so helpful in discovering new faves and preferences. It’s always nice to see how a product works for me by assessing how the sample was.
